I have scanned and uploaded in the Design & Spec page more schematics from the user manual which may be useful especially for potential new owners. This includes the official dimension data which I have noticed does vary widely in reporting. Saying that my 2002 diesel tanks are 2x372L each !
Last week I saw a T40 with KAD44s advertised and the dealer has confirmed to me it is a 2000 year build. All previous reviews I have seen state the production run started in 2001 except one which claimed 2000. I had though this was incorrect but it would appear the actual year production began was indeed 2000.
